Growing Vegetables 2013

 white-eggplant2

White eggplant is my favorite. I don’t let     them grow much more than 6 inches long.

They are very easy to grow and plentiful as well. Mine performed well right through October. Their flowers are an iridescent purple announcing the soon-to-be fruit.

I find them sweeter than their purple sisters. Eggplant Parmesan with fresh garden picked ingredients….well….there’s nothing like it.
