Today I excitedly took out my new NuWav oven. No, I didn’t succumb to another gadget, it was a gift. They advertise that a whole chicken can go from freezer to oven to table. It actually did a pretty good job. Just taking the sack of gizzards out half way through sort of weirded me out. It browned wonderfully and was very juicy. |
